Placement Test Header

This is an advanced program and students will be required to demonstrate their knowledge of music theory by taking a placement test on the first day of the class.

The results of this test will determine whether a student is required to take Practical Music Theory for the Contemporary Composer as their first week elective. Note: When you download the test, it is important to view it in Acrobat reader, NOT in a browser window or preview, in order to hear the test audio sample.
