Terms and Conditions

Payment You may choose between paying via PayPal.com (which allows you to transfer funds from your PayPal account or pay via credit card) or paying by credit card directly on our site. Please note that if you pay by credit card on this site, it may take up to four days for your payment to be processed and confirmed.

Refunds and Cancellations All course cancellations are subject to a non-refundable cancellation fee and a refund schedule. Please note that the summer intensive program and regular year-round program courses are subject to different cancellation policies. Please review carefully before registering.

All requests for refunds must be made in writing, via e-mail, and sent to: hummie@pnwfilmmusic.com

--Summer Intensive Program Refund and Cancellation Policies--

After deducting a $50.00 cancellation fee, refunds are available on the following schedule:

Requests received two weeks prior to the Sunday start date, 100%.

Requests received one week prior to the Sunday start date, 70%.

Requests received the Thursday prior to the Sunday start date, 50%.

Thereafter, no refund can be issued.

--Regular Program Course Refund and Cancellation Policies--

After deducting a $35.00 cancellation fee per course, refunds are available on the following schedule:

Requests received one week prior to the start of classes, 100%.

Requests received after that date but prior to the first class, 90%.

Requests received after the first class but prior to the second class, 80%.

After the second class, no refunds will be issued.

Contact Information Our site collects your name, address, and other contact information only for the purposes of providing our services and program-related information. This information is stored in a protected database and treated as sensitive information. WE WILL NOT sell this information to any third parties nor give this information out except as may be required by law enforcement officials.

Password and User IDs Your user ID and password should be maintained as confidential and should not be shared with anyone or distributed or disclosed to third parties. It is your responsibility to notify us if you need to change or discontinue the user ID and password and you may do so by contacting us by phone, fax or email. It is also your responsibility to request such discontinuation immediately if you suspect that your user ID or password is or may be subject to a breach of confidentiality.
