Professional Certificate in Music for Film & Media
The goal of our Professional Certificate program is to produce the most prepared graduates entering the film, television, game, and other media industries. Students learn from industry professionals, get training in all industry software and standards, write and conduct music for live recording sessions with professional musicians in world-class studios, work with student directors from around the world, and graduate in just 40 weeks with the skills, experience, demo reel, and connections to start their careers.
2-Year Online Evening Program
This program offers 2 hour classes once or twice a week over the course of two years covering film scoring basics, music theory, orchestration, and culminates with students writing a film cue with one-on-one mentorship and recording it with professional musicians.
This program is open to all education and skill levels, and ages 16 and up!
Undergraduate Certificate
We are in the building phase of a new undergraduate level certificate program for aspiring film and media composers. The plan is to create a 2-year intensive and focused curriculum in music composition and film studies. This will offer an alternative path for students who want to pursue careers in film, television, games, and other media, but who may not want to go down the traditional 4-year college route.
