I understand that my film must be picture locked before it can be scored and I will not make any additional edits to the picture after it is sent to the Pacific Northwest Film Scoring Program

I understand that the Pacific Northwest Film Scoring Program runs on its own schedule and may not be able to meet my preferred deadline

I understand that submitting my film does not guarantee that it will be scored by the program

I understand that if my film is selected to be scored that I will be expected to take an active roll in the process and I agree to respond to all communications with the composers in a timely manner
